All Raw Control videos, visuals, graphic designs, text, training plans, exercise programs, app layout, branding, names, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Daniel Machek, operating under the Raw Control brand, unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these Terms, users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app for personal fitness purposes only.

You may not copy, download, record, screen-record, reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, share, upload, publish, modify, create derivative works from, use for AI training, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Raw Control content without written permission.

Sharing login access, bypassing membership restrictions, extracting video links, scraping content, or attempting to access restricted content without authorization is prohibited.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access, removal of your account, and may lead to civil or criminal legal action where permitted by applicable law.
