By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using Raw Control, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Raw Control.

1. ABOUT RAW CONTROL

Raw Control is a fitness and calisthenics training application operated by Daniel Machek.

The app provides general educational and informational fitness content only. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or personal coaching.

Your use of all exercise content is also governed by the Health & Safety Disclaimer.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Raw Control is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app.

By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Raw Control is offered and intended exclusively for an adult (18+) audience. If you are under 18, please do not create an account. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close it.

3. USER ACCOUNT

Certain features require a registered account.

You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or otherwise allow another person to use your account or membership.

4. MEMBERSHIPS

Raw Control is free to download.

Premium content is available through optional in-app purchases.

Available membership options may include:

Membership pricing, billing, renewal conditions, and available features are displayed before purchase.

Monthly, 3-Month and Yearly Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Payment Policy.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Raw Control is licensed solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

6. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically able to perform any exercise shown in Raw Control.

Always train within your personal ability level and follow the Health & Safety Disclaimer.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Raw Control does not guarantee any particular:

8. AVAILABILITY

Raw Control may update, improve, modify, replace, suspend, or remove features, training content, membership options, pricing, or technical functionality where reasonably necessary.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting providers, internet connectivity, app stores, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. TERMINATION

Raw Control may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if these Terms are materially violated, including account sharing, abuse of memberships, copyright infringement, fraudulent activity, or attempts to bypass security systems.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raw Control and Daniel Machek are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or claims resulting from:

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available within Raw Control.

Where required by applicable law, users will be notified of material changes before they become effective.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer and we are unable to settle a complaint with you directly, you may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz), which is the competent body for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the Czech Republic. Consumers resident elsewhere may also be able to use an equivalent body in their own country. Using such a body is free of charge for you and does not affect your right to go to court.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to you under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
